All orders over $100 are shipped free within Canada and the U.S.

Order Processing Time: Please allow about 2-4 weeks for your order to ship and arrive from Canada. This allows for packaging, order processing, and shipping time. Shipping may be longer during the December holiday season. Items will be sent by Canada Post or equivalent service with a tracking number and insured.

International Shipping Policy: International Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. All international shipping includes a tracking number and insurance. The Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country.

Custom items are not eligible to be returned or refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the wording or image is not appropriate. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure. We will send you a preview before your item is customized and we will not create your order until the proof is approved by you. We will not accept return of custom items with incorrect wording, spelling, or images if the item proof was approved.

We have a 14-day return policy on non-custom items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
